Our company manufacturing flat wire, shaped wire. , profile wires from wires and wire rod in all grades of material like low carbon, high carbon, stainless steel materials. Our end products are mainly used for import substitution, mainly used in springs and spring washer, textile spares, droppers, watch strap, ribbon wires, etc.
Nature of process:
The products are processed in cold rolled technology and intermediate annealing was done on controlled atmospheres heat treatment process, which improve the material construction, with very good bright finish. Further the material will be substituted for cutting from sheets various grades in to small width. The specification are made out of tailor made based on our own design instead of adopting the goods int the market.
Lab facilities:
Our lab consist of tensile testing, measuring other basic instrument's.
Our product will be a import substitute one, it will replace the conversion of crca sheet into strips. We are supply the strips process in the wire rod, by using our material in required size, we have the following advantages.
