Our extensive secondary department includes drilling, tapping, milling, turning centers, assembly units, deburring and oil impregnation. Qualified local sources are available for resin impregnation, plating and heat treating. Psp provides an in-house materials testing lab for hardness evaluation, analysis of physical properties.

It is recommended that when enquiring for sintered products, as much information as possible is given relating to the component and its application the following covers some relevant points that are important.
1) Specify the initial ordering quantities, the annual usage and overall potential.
2) Supply a fully detailed drawing including all dimensions & tolerance limits for each dimension. Remember to have tolerances as liberal as possible to achieve maximum economics.
3) State the material used if an existing part, if not, provide a material specification, or, state if you wish us to recommend a suitable one.
