Our main products are as follows: a series of silica bricks and clay bricks for coke ovenhigh alumina bricks,silica bricks and clay bricks for blast furnace and hot stove. clay bricks, low porosity bricks, pouring forming, cement vibrating forming large bricks used in bottom and wall of pools, synthesis sillimanite bricks, large rammedblock used in bottom of pools, high alumina bricks for glass furnace. We adopt Belgian technique to produce sinter proofing and heat resisting front lip tiles, rear lip tiles and submerged draw bar for concrete plate glass normal. We also produce all kinds of insulation materials, zircon bricks, sinter zircon corundum bricks, ramming mass, varied casting materials, zirconium and silica vulcanized materials, excellent quality silica fireclay, silica waxy insulation materials and other amorphous refractory for electric power plant.
The main production equipments include three 630ton forcing presses, two 500ton forcing presses, four 400ton forcing presses,thirty 315ton forcing presses, ,four 50ton dry pans, three inertia cone crushers, five largescale kollergang, ten 300kg mixing rolls, five twin rollers, five ball mills, two full automatic grinding workshops, two 150ton weighbridges, two physical and chemical laboratories, two steel mould-making workshops, eight fullgas down draught kilns. We also have five automatic full gas 180meter tunnel kiln production lines of silica bricks, two automatic full gas 95.4meter tunnel kiln production lines of clay bricks.
Our company is the biggest private refractory Group in Shandong province, the chairman Chamber of Commerce of Zibo Refractory, the annual first grade credit unit appraised by ICBC since 1990, AA company chosen by China Construction Bank Shandong branch, the Agrade tax payer appraised by Zibo Revenue, a fixed producer offering refractories for coke oven to ACRE and the No.2 of Taiyuan Chemical Academy. It has passed the quality certificate of ISO90014:2000 on 8th, Dec 2004. After the inspection and acceptance from Luoyang Refractory Quality Examining Center, We obtained the Manufacturing licence of silica brick, ZGN42 clay brick, GN42 clay brick, GL65,GL55,GL48 high alumina bricks from the state production permit office on 26th ,June.2008. With a perfect examining method and quality control system, Shandong Wanqiao Group Co.,ltd. has become a large scale enterprise challenged and accepted by the market. The Refractories Research Institute of Shandong Boshan was established in our company in 1988, mainly researching and developing new products.
In recent years, we actively go into the international market, having sold our products to England, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Argentina, Pakistan, Columbia, Indonesia, India, Iran, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korean etc. The production of coke oven using silica bricks sold to foreign countries are in conformity with German DIN standard. Both the technical requirements of inner quality and the size requirements of outer appearance are higher than those sold to the domestic market. In addition, the shapes of the bricks are very complicated and the physical and chemical inspection must be passed by the test in the native country by Uhde GmbH, Germany (the inspection list of technique data has more). After manufacturing refractories for so many years, we have accumulated a lot of experience in designing, formulation, grading, mixing, molding, firing, picking up, packing and shipment, mastering the relevant characteristics of refractories, getting the regularity and obtaining the combination of universality and particularity.
