Zhuzhou Lizhou Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. LIZHOU with annual capacity of 500 tons of tungsten carbide powder, 100 tons of cobalt powder, 200 tons of mixed carbide grade powder and 300 tons of tungsten carbide products, is one of the biggest manufacturers of drawing dies in China. The carbide powders are TiC, Cr3C2, VC, TaC and NbC.
The series of tungsten carbide blanks are drawing dies, heading & punching dies, cold heading & stamping dies, pellets, bushes, nib, plates, rods, rollers for cold rolling, roller rings, percussive drilling tips, seal rings, strips, balls, trundling scissors, toothpick tips, woodworking cutters, forming cutters, milling inserts, glass cutters, and disc cutters. We also accept orders of all kinds of special designed products of tungsten carbides.
Lizhou has advanced equipments, such as deoxidization furnace controlled by computer, high temperature Molybdenum carbide furnace, and automatic-press sintering furnace. In 2003, Lizhou attained the ISO9001:2001 quality management system certification.
