Established in 1997, Tianjin Century Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone as an independent corporation. Our company has become a comprehensive import and export corporation which mainly exports power semiconductor devices, power equipment and complete sets of equipment from a small export enterprise mainly exporting Chinese power semiconductor devices.

The earliest business can be traced back to 1987 when our company cooperated with some Chinese power electronics enterprises for exporting parts of thyristors (ceramic rings a1 discs) to American market. Through years of tireless efforts, our company has established a wide range of business relationships with many famous multinational corporations in related fields, and has successfully exported Chinese power semiconductor devices to more than twenty countries and regions. Moreover, we have nearly twenty distributors and agents all around the world. At present, our main products include thyristors, rectifier diodes, silicon chips & wafers, rectifier bridges, IGBT, GTO thyristors, intelligent frequency conversion modules, three phase thyristor controllers, soft start devices, whole sets of equipment used for manufacturing power electronic devices, solar generator systems, wind generator systems, welders, industrial electric furnaces, advance ceramic, generator sets, and switch equipment.

Our company attained ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification in 2002. We also serve as the Director of Power Electronics Association under China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. Furthermore, we are the member of Working Commission of International Trade under the control of China Power Supply Special Committee of CECC.
